Paul this has just got to be one of the best bird photo I have ever seen, so much so I have favourited it. I love the detail of the bird, the foliage and the crispness of this photo. Great action shot Paul  - and yes, you have seen my Sunset over Naxos in my personal gallery - I have only just decided to move a few to the global gallery - where YOUR excellent bird shots are immediately identifiable.   Mine are mostly historic items or unusual "every day " shots like the Berlin Wall or Faraway places.   But I will keep adding the odd floral picture from my back garden.   All the best  Leslie

Great picture Paul.  I like this better than some of your birds of prey as it has captured everything from the alert hungry bird to the surrounding berry filled bush.
