Entering Competitions

Enter a MyFinePix competition and you have a chance to win some brilliant prizes.

How do I enter? - Create your personal account and as soon as you've registered your FinePix camera within your personal profile page you can enter a competition.

Can I comment on and rate entries? - in the same way as the Gallery, throughout the competition other members can view, add their comments and award you a star rating if they like what they see.

How many entries can I have? - You can enter a photo to any 'live' competition and if you decide that you have a better photo you can replace your original entry right up to the final day.

If you do delete and add a new entry, just remember that previous comments / star ratings will be lost because they referred to an earlier entry.

Can any photo win? - Yes, as long as it's judged as being the best entry

Do you take members comments and ratings into account as part of the judging process - Yes

What happens at the end of the competition? - all entries are retained so members can see the winners and quality of photos entered.

Will members be able to view my competition entries - Yes, all of your entries will appear within your personal profile page. 

Can I enter the same photo into a competition that already appears in my Gallery? - Yes, but obviously previous comments and star ratings aren't taken into account for the competition.
